The SWL Social Care Academy Hub aims to support the social care sector by improving workforce recruitment and retention for local Londoners, especially those from underrepresented groups into training and good jobs in the social care sector.

Starting in February 2023 it will provide a ‘go to’ source of social care workforce resources, networks, information and data for South West London.  The Academy Hub will work with social care employers, training providers and job brokerage specialists to help find new jobs, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities for local Londoners and work with training providers to make sure that residents have the right training, skills, and support to get the jobs and progress their careers.
