5 major acute hospitals, 6 councils, 2 mental health trusts, 6 community health providers, 200+ GPs

Around 60,000 people are employed in delivering health and care services in SWL

The five South London Partnership boroughs plus Wandsworth, are working together and with NHS partners to improve the health and well-being of South West London’s residents and communities and ensure a high quality, integrated and financially sustainable health and care system.

The six boroughs have shared goals to support their populations to lead healthy and independent lives and to be able to access high quality integrated health and social care services when they need them.

The role of the SLP team is to support sub-regional collaboration on health and care issues and help facilitate local authorities’ input into the local health and care transformation agenda.
