South London Integration Hub Communities of Practice All The South London Integration Hub (delivered by the South London Partnership) are delighted to invite you to the South London Integration Hub’s Community of Practice and hope you can attend this one-hour online session. There is a lot of skills and employment support in South London, with mapping by the Integration Hub finding over 400 named organisations and practitioners with some involvement in Skills and Employment. There is a desire from colleagues (as demonstrated through Local Skills Improvement Plan engagement) to share skills and see where we can work better together, making the system easier to navigate and working in the best interests of our residents. If you would like to attend the February Skills and Employment Community of Practice register here – https://forms.office.com/e/PjcX09hc1g
