Our South West London Supported Paid Placements project officially concluded on 31st March 2025, marking the end of a successful year of growth, learning and collaboration.
Funded by the SWL ICP Priority Workforce Fund, the programme supported 43 local residents into paid placements within the adult social care sector – many of whom have since secured permanent roles. Through a focus on values-based recruitment and wraparound support, participants built confidence, explored new career pathways, and gained valuable experience.
The project also helped employers connect with diverse, work-ready talent, demonstrating the power of ethical recruitment in strengthening the adult social care workforce.

We look forward to building on this momentum and continuing to champion inclusive, values-led workforce development across South West London.
