Employer Resources
South London Partnership works in collaboration with the five boroughs across the sub-region to offer support to employers and improve the skills and employment landscape in the region.
Explore the many ways we support businesses in South-West London to continue leading in inclusive and sustainable innovation.
Connecting To Schools, Colleges And Young People
We are supporting employers in our five boroughs by connecting them to local young talent via the South London Careers Hub.
Through the relationships we have with schools and colleges, we strengthen the connection between industry and education by facilitating valuable career focused experiences, placements, apprenticeships and simply engaging young people.
We also support Health & Care employers who want to provide work experience, apprenticeships or placement opportunities to young people.
Becoming More Inclusive
Our South London Integration Hub is supporting employers support those who need it the most.
The Integration Hub can help you support people with disabilities and long term health conditions into work.
We also support employers who want to create pathways into work for some of societies most marginalised individuals e.g. young people and women returning to work.
By connecting employers with support organisations, training providers and talented, historically overlooked people – we strengthen our local job market and social infrastructure.

Supporting Construction, Green Or Retrofit Employers

The Academy works with organisations that provide green skills training and green job vacancies, helping to build a more sustainable and innovative local economy.
We can connect you with local training providers, so that you can help inform them of the right training content required to equip our future workforce.
Make use of Candidate Spotlight, where we make referrals to employers of top talents.
