SWL Social Care Academy Hub 

The South West London Social Care Academy Hub is part of the Greater London Authority’s Mayor’s Academies Programme covering the six London Boroughs of Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Merton, Richmond upon Thames, Sutton and Wandsworth.  The Mayor’s Academies Programme (MAP) aims to support Londoners hardest hit by the pandemic into good work in sectors key to London’s recovery and long-term economic growth, as part of the London Recovery Programme. The SWL Social Care Academy Hub aims to support the social care sector by improving workforce recruitment and retention for local Londoners, especially those from underrepresented groups into training and good jobs in the social care sector.
